Terms of Service

Welcome to Hantibink. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hantibink mobile app and hantibink.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Hantibink.

1. Who can use Hantibink

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not have been previously banned from the Service.
• You may create only one account, for your personal, non-commercial use, and the information you provide must be accurate — including your name, age, and photos, which must be of you.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your login credentials and for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password secure, and tell us right away at support@hantibink.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Community rules

Hantibink exists so people can genuinely meet. Do not:

• Harass, threaten, demean, or defame anyone, on or off the app.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, pornographic, violent, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Use the Service to solicit money from other users, advertise, spam, or promote other services.
• Share other users' private information or content outside the app without their consent.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools, or attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without refund. Use the in-app tools to block or report anyone who makes you uncomfortable.

4. Your content

You own the content you post. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service — for example, showing your profile to other users. This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except where limited retention is required for safety or legal reasons.

5. Premium subscriptions

• Hantibink Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (offered in monthly, 3-month, and yearly plans) that unlocks features such as unlimited likes, Super Likes, read receipts, and presence indicators.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, at the price shown in the app.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we can't issue refunds for purchases made through the stores.
• Free features may be subject to daily limits. Likes, Super Likes, and similar in-app balances have no monetary value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted as we evolve the Service.

6. Safety

We moderate the Service and provide blocking and reporting tools, but we do not run criminal background checks on users, and we can't guarantee anyone's identity or intentions. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Use good judgment: meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and never send money to someone you haven't met.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 8, and 9) survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that you'll find a match, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content from other users is accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hantibink and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the conduct of any user, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Hantibink evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
